I am in good shape. I eat good food, and do not overeat. I exercise at least three times a week. I look and feel fit.

I don’t take myself too seriously. I make other people laugh.

Integrity

I am honest and trustworthy in my personal and business dealings. I stay true to my values and principles. I keep my promises.

Love

I love God, my spouse, my family, and my neighbors.

Loyalty

I am loyal to my family and friends, and faithful to my wife.

Respect

I respect the dignity and feelings of others.

Stewardship

I am a good manager of the resources that God has given me. I don’t buy things on credit, and strive to live debt-free. I take care of my family first, and give to those in need.

Intelligence

I continuously learn, and grow in understanding.
